Staff are friendly and helpful. So much nicer shopping in person than on the internet. Good variety of goods to buy. Today I was looking for curtains. There were some nice choices but we will take samples of carpet and wallpaper to get a good match with us next time rather than questing.

Got a Fitbit from here and have used for just over 6 months and the strap broke. While I would expect a key component like that to last longer, the store doesn't have any replacement parts. Customer services only gave me to option of making a claim for a new strap online. So now I have a product that I can't use at all until I receive a part from overseas. Really disappointed.

Plants in the gardening section all dried out not watered. Burnt and brown looking. Not at all healthy Can’t buy any as you wouldn’t know whether they are still alive when you get them as the soil they are in is so dry
