Heaps of things on offer here - woman and men's clothing, teenage clothing and baby clothes also. Crafty ideas on offer aswell as small selection of stationery items even though there's a warehouse stationery store just 400 metres away.

First time coming here in like a year got acused of stealing because I didn't put clothing back on hanger put it with other clothes and walked to find other stuff felt really embarrassed never coming back to this store unless lady is removed I ended up being late for work so I just walked out mid convosation
Went to Tauranga warehouse today with my 2 younger demanding children aged 1 and 3 , I'm 8 months pregnant and needed a drawer put onto my trolley, I saw no help around or available, I proceeded to load it as my 1 year old was getting quite grizzly, I went to the counter, the girl who served me could clearly see I was heavily pregnant and offered no support or help or arranged for someone to assist in the handling of such a heavy box when loading it to my car the box with the drawer weighs 36.5 kgs and clearly states it should be lifted by 2 men. This is really poor customer service please train your customer service to have courtesy as the younger generations now do not have a clue or any common sense of courtesy and respect.
We ordered on the 30th April products for my business. Told about 5 days before we could pick up. Its not a courier delivery but a pick up we are still waiting for the call to pick up from the store. This was a bulk small order for Mothers Day clients. Very disappointing it should not be taking this long.
Everything is here for you including snack and toys for your chidren.
The whole pandemic situation definitely highlighted which businesses have efficient systems and which do not. Out of every business I've dealt with since lockdown ended, The Warehouse has been the most chaotic and the most ineffective. Bunnings apologised for a two-day delay with their click and collect service. A click and collect placed on May 19th for The Warehouse was only ready for pick up on June 8th. There was no designating parking for click and collect, which I can deal with, but inside, there wasn't clear direction for where I should go. It took three people to figure out where the various parts of my order were. The entire process took nearly an hour--excluding the time I spent on live chat the night before following up on where my order was. To me, this outlines how archaic The Warehouse has allowed itself to become. They've tried to stitch on more modern conveniences without altering the core business at all, Clearly, their inter-branch freight services are inefficient to the extreme for such delays with orders. A business can be 'bare bones' and still offer a professional experience. I believe most people expect a higher standard these days than The Warehouse is offering, and I hope, like me, they vote with their feet. The Warehouse needs to invest money into their systems or be left behind--I have a feeling they're halfway to being forgotten already.
the best!
Good prices, just need a better selection. Great to have undercover parking. Helpful staff.
