Dont ever ask staff to hold a product for you... i was given til after 6pm tonight to collect my T.V they were holding. Even rang them at 4pm to make sure it was still on hold and let them know my son was on his way to pay for it. 45 minute drive and they sold it on him right before he got there. To make matters worse. They tried to tell him it was my fault. Even though i spoke to them at 4pm.

a nice big clean shop with great products. very good prices. nice staff but unfortunately not enough available at checkouts. when i usually go in no check outs are open except self service. i find this unbelievable for a shop of this size. i have complained about this over the years but doesnt seem to help. seems like customer service at a check out is a thing of the past. so be prepared you may have to serve yourself whether you want to or not. this to me is very disapointing due to this being a major nz retailer. you would thing customer service would be a high priority. i will still shop here due to the other benefits of price and products. but i hope they change their ways and open checkouts for people all the hours they are open that would be an amazing improvement.

Brilliant place it has everything. As the name suggest it is extra. Vast space covered with lot of things to buy starting from heater to matress. They have brilliant clothing collection and variety of footwears for both men and women. Price is absolutely chrap and the product is worthy. They have a brand called " Living &Co" where you can get all house holding items in good quality. Some brands like kensignton is also availabe. Strongly recommend this place for all.

I just spoke with customer service for an online order that i received. It was the wrong item. The lady on the phone was very helpful and pleasant and fixed everything. She did such a wonderful job. My boys will be very excited when they receive their Friction Racing cars. Thank you so much!!

Terrible customer service at this store. They speak to you like your not important. Customers are the most important part of any business in my view and when you call a helpdesk "help" is what you expect. You do not expect to be spoken to like you have inconvenienced the person answering the call. Also, when ordering online there should be an option to choose the colour of an item you want, its not a lucky dip. Sharpen up your people skills in person and on the phone. Not impressed.
