This company is awesome, we needed their help to reset the temperature on our walk in freezer at home, as our contractor was away on holiday overseas, we were desperate as we had a lot of goods in the freezer. It was after hours and it was a Saturday, they guided me remotely to rectify the problem, they saved me money, did not have to pay them for their time. Will definitely be referring this company to all our network's as this company values their customers and it's not all about the money but customer focused everytime. Needed replacement unit at office. Previous company quoted high for replacing board in old unit so I thought it best to upgrade. Friend recommended Bob and Thermo Tech. Came around, advised us to get a larger 7Kw unit (fan runs slower, more efficiently and quieter so will last longer). One of his team did the install - nice guy, efficient, on time and cleaned up/took away old heavy unit (after asking me if I wanted it!). Thanks Thermo Tech - have recommended you already and will continue to do so. Thanks guys (cool air and cool work)
We run a cafe in Mt Albert. I called them on late afternoon Thursday 21 Feb 2019 requesting an urgent help with a refrigerated food cabinet which was not keeping consistent temperature. Their technician was on site next morning and had it all sorted out in double quick time. Excellent polite service. Highly recommended
