This place is dangerous...They don't seem to know what they're doing and don't seem to to realize they are dealing with people who are in very vulnerable situations. Telling people they won't help or even worse implying people with mental health are lazy defies belief....to ask why they haven't committed suicide yet... .. Can now see why there's big problems with mental health in this country.

They are useless. If you actually want proper help, I recommend going elsewhere. I don't even want to give them a 1 star rating. Because they don't even deserve that.

Completely useless I was treated like a guinnea pig I was put on more drugs through Kensington than I've taken in my whole life. I'm worse off now than I was when I first went.
