Up until a couple of years ago I'd always organised our own trips, and enjoy doing it. in 2019 we had a 9 week trip to Europe in the wings & wanted to ensure everything went smoothly. That's where Brigitte came in. 4 week campervan hire at half price perfect. Flights: NZ-Italy-campervan-UK-Sweden-Russia-Singapore-NZ perfect. Accommodation in Moscow & Singapore perfect. Visitor Visas for Russia (not an easy task) perfect. Travel app that has ALL the itinerary details online & offline (plus a paper copy) perfect. Help at a moment's notice perfect. After using Brigitte's services for our 2019 Europe trip, we didn't hesitate to call on Brigitte again to get our daughter back from UK in March 2020. The borders & transit hubs were beginning to close so tight timeframes and great communication were paramount. Within 72 hours our girl was booked Manchester-Dubai-Sydney-Christchurch & was even able to get a seat next to her cousin when they met at Dubai airport for the remaining flights. Brigitte sent all official documents promptly, including a letter for the Australian govt ensuring she could transit through Sydney. There was much confusion in international airports in March & there was no guarantee it would go smoothly, but it did. She got back to NZ with 48 hours to spare before Dubai closed transit to everyone & our country went into the highest level of lockdown. There was even a follow-up call on her return to check that she had got home safely.

Our long awaited trip to Canada and the US didn't eventuate in 2020 but Brigitte and Natasha did an amazing job in spite of this. They had put together our general ideas into what would have been a 5 week trip by plane, train and bike. Thank you for all the work you did in firstly organising, and then unwinding our holiday bookings. We’re sure this was a time consuming and disheartening experience for you all but we were thrilled to have got almost a full refund - even for non-refundable accommodation bookings! We will certainly be using your services again when the borders re-open.
