Recently spending some time in Tokoroa I had to respond urgently to a series of requests. I had to scan and send electronically important documents and having previously phoned the Library Staff in Tokoroa had confirmed that this could be done there. Upon entering the library a very personable young lady immediately asked if she be of any assistance and straight away led us to libraries photo copier/scanner. Within seconds she entered the email address and pressed the send button and the task was done. The staff involved in Tokoroa library are excellent, professional and a wonderful advertisement for the excellent services available there. Please record my appreciation for what they do and did and make sure that their records clearly show this. Many thanks Malcolm Rose (Wellington)
