Just a good walk for the day. Tickets are a bit pricey. Unfortunately no fishing for the kids when we visited, but has a lot of trouts to see.

Interesting facts and knowledge about fly fishing in Tongariro. You can see some fishes in the aquarium as well as plenty of trout in the rivers. Not too bad, a little pricey for that amount of content though at 15.

Neat place to take the children, not super big you will probably need about 1 hour to see the whole thing. Costs 15 per adult and children are free. Cost isn’t bad for what it is in my opinion. Pushchair/stroller friendly
