DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Been waiting almost two months for a refund from them. Checked their Trademe page and online store for the item I wanted. Item appeared in stock on both. Rather than wait for delivery I drove 45 minutes to their shop in East Tamaki. When I got there the staff member told me he didn’t know if it was in stock and promised to get back to me. After a week of waiting I called the shop for an update. The next guy said he would check and return my call. Another week passed. I called back. The next guy said the same thing. The item was still showing as in-stock on the online store, so this time I bought it online. Delivery time was 3-5 business days. Over a week later nothing had arrived. I emailed the comoany and they offered me a refund as they don't have the item in stock. That was confirmed on 24/02/2021 and to this day I have received nothing. Am now chasing this up with the Ombudsman. Save your time and money — go elsewhere.

Called in today looking for a combination square set. Amazing telephone service found exactly what I needed. The item was unfortunately not listed on their site so he sent me a few pictures through. This service was then backed up by a friendly reception when I arrived to collect. Great work guys.
