VERY EXPENSIVE/SHADY I was looking for a company to do a full clean for my small flat I was about to move into. The previous tenants had lived there for 2 years and I wanted it to be professionally cleaned before I moved in. I contacted 5 different companies and received various different quotes ranging from 120 -150 for the entire job or 42 per hour. Top Notch does not site prices on their website. Out of all the companies I contacted, Top Notch (Karyn) was able to come over the same day. I asked her how much it would be and she said she would tell me the following day when she returned with her ladder to complete the job, but that if I paid cash I would get a discount. She returned the following day and in total spent 4 hours cleaning my place. She said the charge would be 250.00, almost double what I was prepared to pay. A few days later I contacted her via email to express my feeling that she had overcharged me. She never replied so I sent her a txt message asking if she had received my email. She didn’t reply to that either. Im not sure which is worse, her overcharging me or not responding to me. I am new in the country and it seems Karyn took advantage of this opportunity. I would not use or recommend Top Notch to anyone because of this experience.

We have used Top Notch on a number of jobs, at both the properties we manage and our own offices. The service and quality of work are brilliant and we would highly recommend using Karyn and her team.
WE WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN! They ruined our Kitchen floor and never returned our calls.
