First experience in a beauty salon. The lady I had was lovely. Not much of a consultation given though, so make sure you know exactly what you want & let them know before you start. Would have loved more educational information around services given. Overall, I'm pretty happy and the price is great.

Had the pleasure of having Josephine at Top to Toe at Papakura work her magic on my hair. Got a layered cut and then a straighten and she knew what I wanted and made me feel comfortable. Such good customer service and even better service! Could not recommend Josephine and this hair salon enough - awesome work and am so happy with the service I received :)
