The young lady at reception was extremely unpleasant & unhelpful. Was not willing to assist in any way, nor did she look like she wanted to be there. I had multiple interactings with her, not a single time did she smile or use any friendly/welcoming mannerisms. Its very rare I'll express my frustration on the Internet but from the service I received from this one lady something needed to be said. On the other hand the mechanics were excellent. Provided a efficient service.
