Excellent service and very caring staff
The response we received from the front desk was wonderful, arranging for our lovely old cat to be euthanised was not easy. The young woman was kind and so helpful thank you. The process watching the Vets settle our cat with great care, while communicating care and empathy for us. We were talked through the procedure in an unhurried manner with such kindness. When we picked up our cats ashes, Totally Vets had left a lovely sympathy card for us. Thank you.
