I wanted a specific Beyblade to give to a 7 year old boy for his birthday. It was not in stock in the store so I ordered it from their warehouse on Sunday. Next day I rang by chance in the afternoon and it had arrived. I was delighted, collected it and was able to give it to him on Tuesday morning. He was thrilled. It was all thanks to the helpful young man who served me and helped me to order it. It is a great toy shop. I always go there to buy presents for the family's children etc.

I had never heard of Toyco, and was searching the internet looking for a unique gift for my grandson who turns five this week. And dada, I found a bubble machine! Perfect!! So I grabbed it. Ordered it Sunday, and got it today (Tuesday). Thank you Toyco

Toyco is my "go to" store for new Lego even though they are in Auckland and I am in Christchurch! Their Web site is easy-to-use, and their communication is excellent. I love that I can put an out-of-stock item on my wish list, and they email me to let me know when it is back in stock. They have some pretty great sales too. Every time I order from them, my package arrives very well-packed so the box(es) inside are safe and sound. I would highly recommend Toyco for these reasons.

Customer service does not exist at the store and the staff are not helpful at all. This is not to mention that the store were not willing to put a toy on hold for half an hour while I get to to store to pay for it. They were not even willing to put it on hold even if I would have paid for it online.

Toyco wouldn't accept a return item as the box had damage. The unopened box can be seen below. Generally a good store until you need to return something.

Fast response and delivery to an online order, but cannot really recommend them for Hot Wheels or other model car collectors. Items were shipped in a soft bag with a layer of bubble wrap taped around them, movement in the pack allowed for some bent cards.

Awesome shop with a range of toys you wouldn't find in your average store (Kmart/Warehouse). A bit pricey, but probably well worth it
