For an on-line order, very poor communications. No acknowledgement of order, no advice of dispatch, no tracking number supplied. After a week had to phone, call not returned. After another day phoned and asked for tracking number to be sent to email address. Unfortunately it went into my Junkmail box and I missed it as no notification appeared. Need to improve information to customers please.

Friendly staff to welcome you in their store, efficient phone staff. A pleasure to work with. They always go the extra mile to satisfy their customers. Great team!! they've got a store in Whangarei too, def have Northland covered for safety.
