I admit I was a sceptic, but having dealt with a long term bad habit, I was prepared to give hypno-therapy a go. While very impressed with the changes I have seen since my sessions with Becky, the bigger bonus from my three sessions was the ability to now self-hypnotize and use that tool in other areas of running my business and managing my time. Becky has helped me out a couple of times. She has a super sounding voice and a high level of expertise. Each time she's helped me when I needed a solution to a problem. Every session was successful. I have zero hesitation in recommending Becky as a great hypnotherapist to work with. I'd lean on her again in a heartbeat if something came up I just couldn't manage myself.
I was seeking help with anxiety and stress, going to see tranceworks really opened my eyes to what can be achieved within yourself to break the cycle, highly recommend going here if you have any interest. Or even if you dont need any help with stress im sure going would be good for the mind body and soul just an all round fantastic experience.
