I dealt with Liv and she was amazing! Really thorough in helping me and explained everything to me. I needed quite a lot of money for dental work overseas and she got a cash passport organized for me when the banks had said too hard because it was Thai currency, which they don't normally do for cash passports... But Liv knows her stuff. So worth the trip into Hamilton from Te Awamutu to get this organized. Cheers Liv! Definitely back again for our next trip.

Love the team here, I came later in the day and everyone was still lively and willing to help. It was my first time getting money exchanged and I was unsure of the process and a bit apprehensive to get it exchanged. I was just going to use my normal bank card overseas, I would have been at risk of extra charges and I had no idea! Olivia and Deepal clearly explained this to me and talked me through everything making the process seamless and easy. I'll be coming back to Flight Centre, Chartwell to book my next holiday away. What an enjoyable experience.
