Great place to stay, great for weddings and parties.
This property is really luxurious and set among a beautiful, peaceful country setting. The view of the pond and grounds from the patio of the rooms is truly breathtaking. The rooms are spacious and very well equipped with high-quality bedding. The hospitality was next to none and is what makes this place so special. WOW, I can't rate the breakfast high enough, it was just beautiful. We had a fantastic stay and will certainly be back again and have already recommended to friends.
I had a staff event there which was amazing. The food was beautiful and so much room for a big staff to move around an mingle in the gardens by the lake. We ended the night under the stars in front of the outdoor open fire. Loved it. I recommend it to anyone wanting to host a company function or wedding. Absolutely perfect.
Disappointed, didn't know we booked and no one was around to let us in. we didn't feel welcome at all.
I loved everything about this place. Great getaway for families living the city wanting some peace and quiet. Would be a wonderful place to host birthday parties as well I reckon and wedding if you'd to have a country themed wedding.
Well run property in rural Canterbury within a short easy drive from Christchurch Airport. Great catering, nice grounds and lovely feel to the place. Our function was a success and I received good feedback from our guests.
Awesome place to get away to and enjoy a peaceful and beautiful backdrop. everything you could ask for in one place, huge rooms for you and your fellow guests. Plenty of catering options, from on site chef to self service kitchen , BBQ and other outdoor cooking options. Just less than 30 mins from both main town centre and the airport, what more could you ask for! enjoy a fantastic and secure getaway!
