Food was good really enjoyed my meal.This KFC in Tahunanui was pumping with people inside and outside in there cars,i understand why it takes so long to get one order. The KFC Company should be paying there staff a decide wage. My son partner said this KFC is always busy and she had to drive by and go to McDonald's.

Fast service & my son & I decided to go upstairs where we thought would be warmer & when we got up there it looked like a pigsty..food on the floor..tables weren't wiped..rubbish bins were overflowing..was actually disgusting..a staff member came up & cleaned tables & emptied some of the rubbish (not all) & didn't even clean the food up on the floor. Four young children had come up & we were concerned they may slip over..we received everything that we ordered, but our 10 pieces of chicken were very soggy..the chips weren't hot or fresh..gravy & coleslaw were ok..but in saying that..was the worst KFC I've ever had!!!
Such a big wait... Pathetic service. Turned up around 9pm and they don't have chicken or burgers. What else they are selling...?? Cool drinks??? such a shame....!!
Haven't had Service this bad in awhile. Walked up to the counter after deciding what to order. There were two workers behind the counter chatting to eachother and to another possible worker on customer side. They all ignored that I was standing there waiting for a good few minutes. Finally one came over after someone asked who was on front counter. Didn't apologize or anything. Awful Service. I work in hospitality and I'd never treat my customers like that
Not too bad,but the fries are the saltiest I have ever eaten.
I don't expect much, I have to be desperate to eat the stuff, this even was below the minimum standard
Every order there's something missing or wrong items delivered, there burgers are a discraceful how can you charge 12 for a burger at best its 3 worth! There services is always so slow
Friendly staff food was good and drive thru was extremely busy but moved fast .
