Unbelievable - must experience. Wonderful ambience that forces one to unwind, relax, and luxuriate in the beautiful suites, stunningly set in idyllic surrounding with outstanding views. Very romantic and understandably so. Well appointed suites all feature beautiful artwork, wood burning fires, and everything you could possibly expect at any top of the line exclusive retreat. Hospitable host Brian and Lindsay will immediately put you at ease. Highly recommend taking a bottle of wine and spending a little time getting to know them, their many adventures and the story of the construction of Koru House/Hideaway; you won’t regret it...

Perfect infinity pool and views
Friends and myself had an amazing stay at Koru Hideaway Too. It was a good experience of the country side away from Auckland. The accommodation and hospitality is second to none. Fantastic for couples or small group of friends. Definitely my first selection for accommodation and recommendation to friends when visiting Matakana in the near future. The place itself is uniquely designed and is a warm and cozy environment. Definitely use the bath and soak in the views.
Lovely hosts, great location, view and had everything we needed for anniversary weekend, including swimming pool and spa. We will go prepared for wood fire pizza next time!
