Came in and spoke to the mechanic nicely, and replied to me rudely, I asked for a quote for the total cost to fix a problem for my car and was told that they will ring me within an hour, but never received a call back. So I rang the shop, and I spoke with the receptionist it was a voice of a grumpy old lady. Never experienced such customer service.
Excellent service, excellent people to deal with, go in with a good attitude and you'll get the same back...been going there for the last 6 years.
