We dropped my car off for a warrant of fitness and oil/filter change. We only went there as recommended by a friend. When I picked up the car and paid the bill, I've got a bit of a shock as it was about 100 more than expected. When I checked the invoice, nothing was stated properly. I didn't know the exact price for parts, or service, or how much was the labour hourly rate. Worst yet, I realised they forgot to place my new WoF sticker! I went there the next day to get a sticker and request a detailed invoice, and mentioned I thought I was overcharged. Turned out I was overcharged 50 for labour. Got my money and left to never return. It's very sad being a woman and constantly exploited like that. I'm so tired of not being able to trust traders. Certainly never going back.
