The food was hot and fresh. The team were quick to fill the order. I am impressed. It was my first NZ KFC experience. Keep it up, team!

A very average experience again. But we keep going back. Obviously the food is better than the service and that's not saying much
Chicken dry & the oil was burnt because the chicken was a dark brown in color not golden or tender like it should be. Dissatisfied

Big improvement n chicken as it should be crispy skin n the famous chicken salt on the chips still need to remember plain gravy when ordered haha
