I went to Maidstone intermediate between the 2013-2014 school period for my years 7 and 8. and while I loved year 7 and the tech and arts both years, terrible year 8 happened and I began to dislike it. go here if you wish

I was fortunate to be able to attend this school when I lived in Upper Hutt in the late 1970's. Although things have changed worldwide since then, I'm sure many of the charms of this school remain. While there, I loved school more than any time before or since. My family lived in New Zealand for two years, during which time my sister, brother and myself were students at Maidstone Intermediate School. The buildings and grounds were beautiful, and days spent playing on the sports fields and learning many wonderful things in class are cherished memories. I remember finding out the first week that students kept a pair of slippers at school so that walking through the halls (with slippers on while inside for a quieter atmosphere!) Loved this school!
