Wow! I am totally blown away by the customer service this Shop offers. Prior to a big game release I sent an email making an enquiry if they thought they would stock it. The following communications were prompt and I was kept updated the entire way through the process, I even received a followup call saying it would be slightly delayed (not the shops fault). Kyle was polite, caring and professional, a real asset to the Team. Even though Im not in Auckland, Vagabond will be my go to store for all my purchases from now on. Well done!
