MIGHT AS WELL CLOSE THE DOORS. BAD FOOD-BAD SERVICE-BAD FACILITIES I arranged for my family of 8 to have an enjoyable evening Our family night was ruined. 1. Had asked for babyseat to be avail when booking made. of the 10 seats in the restaurant 6broken & the rest in use -those broken ones cant have broken that night! Should have been informed so other arrangements could have been made. 2. BAD service started when shown our table. Waitress left to "find" a babyseat..did not come back, did not take drink order. Hubby had to get our pushchair from car to seat our child. 3. BAD FOOD "vege Greens" were GREY everything looked OLD, DRY, TOUGH meat & just plain disgusting. Could see into the kitchen FILTHY. After trying to find some fresh food amongst the crap, it just got too much WE SHOULDNT NEED TO BE TRYING TO FIND THE NICE BITS AMONGST THE CRAP - Our party walked out. We will NEVER EVER eat there again. Would advise others against dining there also. SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN BEFORE PEOPLE GET SICK - (It did not give me the option for NO STARS!!)

Staff on this evening looked like they,d rather be elsewhere. Simple all you can eat food, steak something less to be desired, such a shame this once popular Chain has fallen away.
