I came in to purchase a new vape and some juices, the ladies were very helpful and friendly. After a day I had troubles with the vape not functioning properly, so emailed about the situation and was advised to come in for a chat. They took the faulty vape for the night to try fix it, I went in again the next day and they happily switched it out for a brand new replacement. Very impressed with the service and the way they handled the situation. Other places can be very accusatory over things like that but they were so nice and I couldn't be happier. Will be a loyal customer for sure! Thanks heaps guys, you're the best!
