Thomas was amazing and so knowledgeable about the products at hand. I do not vape but Thomas made me feel welcomed, comfortable and relaxed chatting about the options and what was value for money. An exceptional young man to chat and deal with. He would be a great manager and a perfect customer service instructor. Will trade here again. Well done young man you have restored my faith in the young customer services.

Without a doubt visiting VAPO was a rather dope experience. All my questions were answered with brevity and enthusiasm, while a bangin' in-store soundtrack played overheard. Vapes of all shapes and sizes were available alongside their nicotine or nicotine-less pods. For 50 NZD I purchased a starter 'Gold Tobacco' vape kit and Anton was nice enough to order in extra pods as I let him know I was flying out within a few days. Overall, a chill experience. A
