My parents have had assistant with lawns and gardening window washing and have really appreciated the help they have received from the veterans what a wonderful service to the elderly veterans we truly do thank you for care .

We had Mike and John from Chemwash here yesterday and I have to say we are extremely happy with the work done, they were both very thorough and polite and in this day and age good manners goes a long way. You probably don't get much positive feedback so I hope this makes someones day. Many thanks for putting them on to us.

My experience with VANZ to date has been excellent. I am up front with them and I meet them face to face. Fortunately my problems are minor and I accept others may get a different experience from me. Like most Govt depts they have rules to follow so it helps if you know their situation. There is a wish from their staff to help veterans if they can.
