well, a great concert, venue, etc but one point that you need to sort out is the delay in getting out of the main 'paddock car par". Last night we had to wait for nearly 45 minutes to exit due to what looked like pretty incompetent traffic management and a seeming priority being given to taxi pick ups. For us, travelling back to Whangarei this meant getting home at nearly 1.30 am. While we expected a late night due to the distance we need to travel, to have to sit in the paddock for nearly 45 minutes in a que is really frustrating. I know of other patrons travelling back to Rotorua, etc in the same boat as us. So, how about looking at the exit process to support the patrons who have travelled from a fair distance to enjoy the concert ! Brian

Let down by giving people tokens which meant they could only get 2 wines for a 5 hour event, lack of clarity over what the tokens were for, the requirement to get a card to pay with, which cost another 3, AND shutting the bar at 7:30pm when the concert ran until 10pm. So if you'd decided to beat the queues and wait to go get your wine you were out of luck. And... this is a vineyard! The concert was otherwise excellent.
