very impressed with the service / manner of your new receptionist on the phone when i called to make an apppointment , i see dr walker and she is an excellent doctor , it has not always been a pleasant experience calling to make an appointment and often put on hold for along time, your new receptionist made the process very easy and was very patient when she had to ring and reshedule my appointment as my dr was going away

Nothing but fantastic health care and amazing staff! I never wait long but I'm surprised anyone complains about wait times, it's not like Dr's are running behind on purpose? Anywho, highly recommend, always getting to the source of the problem and actually interested in getting you better!

Went due to severe nasal congestion and sinus headache that I had for a couple weeks already. The doctor suspected hayfever and prescribed flixonase and antibiotic. On flixonase for more than a week now and halfway through my antibiotic and still feel like I'm not getting any better. I still get bad congestion and sometimes worse. It's nearly a month now. Had asked the doctor if i need further testing but she said there's no use. I feel so frustrated as it is affecting my life and just don't feel like i'm getting any better. Just dont know what to do now. I wanted to go and see a doctor again but a bit hesitant as I've been 3 times already in just a span of 2 months and just couldn't afford it.

Took my daughter in and the wait wasn't too bad, the ladies at the reception were very nice and welcoming, the nurse was great made my daughter laugh nd was also very nice, the doctor was very thorough she did explain everything to a T. Was also very nice seeing as it was our first time there. Thank you x
