Bill is a lovely guy who will go out of his way to make sure you have what you need in the way of great audio gear. He knows his stuff and is very personable. Even made a house visit at no charge to make sure we had wired it all up correctly. We wanted to boost the sound without blowing the fabulous speakers we bought from him. He put us right. No worries. Such a nice man and awesome shop. Keep on keeping on Bill and Thankyou.

I had a pair of blown speakers and I took them into Bill to repair. I could not fault the service, he was prompt and he definitely knew what he was talking about. I would highly recommend them. The price was very reasonable for the repair, so much cheaper than replacing.

If you live in Wellington and are looking for your first Hi Fi, this is the place to go. I'll get one thing out of the way, don't expect a plush show room with a listening room. There is barely any space to walk in here and its filled with mostly old Hi Fi equipment. Thats no bad thing thing though. Bill can get you going for as little as 300 or if you feel like splurging, that can be done too. Its up to you. Just don't expect the latest and greatest of equipment. In my experience, none of this matters as long as it sounds good. Besides, you can modernize any old stereo equipment and make it bluetooth compatible with ease. Bill is happy to take back anything you buy, if you are unhappy with it, or, are looking for something else. Need repairs? Thats no problem too. Highly recommended.

Bill's got the knowledge to go with his galaxy of top-end audio gear. He may even steer you away from some stock to something that may more match your needs. Needless to say that with his advice all the systems Ive strapped together have sounded fantastic. He makes a mean coffee too. Check him out before you go to the usual appliance shops.
