Just got back home this weekend from Waiheke island. We booked a 4x4 for the couple of days. Before we got the ferry from the city we received an email with all the information regarding collecting the car, as well as a text message asking what time we were arriving off the boat. The lady at the kiosk had everything ready and was really helpful & lovely. The car was modern and clean. The island has amazing views and we stopped off at few vineyards for wine tasting and food. Definitely will be back ️

Dodgy scammers!! Do not go!! Lied on the phone. Avoids and hangs up the phone on their victims. Charged us for 2 days instead of 1 (by cash), and also took our credit card details for “security” and charged another 2 days onto the card; so ended up paying FOUR days instead of 1 day! And not even given the car we booked! The car was old and crappy. And went to the wrong ferry terminal to meet us! Cowboys. Foreign workers. Watch out!! They prey on the unsuspecting! This is the type of disgusting organisation that tarnish our tourism. I await the Commerce Commission to weed them out! Waiheke is really not that big. We would have been better off catching the bus or taxi! Lesson learned the hard way
Booked 8 seater from here. It is very spacious and large. We all fit well and comfortably in this vehicle. Definitely recommend this vehicle for a group of people travelling together. The vehicle was very clean and tidy also. 5 stars.
TERRIBLE SERVICE and POOR CAR QUALITY CAN YOU STOP DELETING BAD FEEDBACKS ON YOUR FB PAGE??? Hired and prepaid for 8 seater - when arrived they tell me the back sliding door at passengers side is BROKEN and can’t be used. No other options given. We had no other choice than to take it because we had 4 elderly people and 2 kids. Incredibly dangerous trying to get these people on and off the narrow curvy road of waiheke. When complained via email and ask for partial refund, they just reject and tells me that I took it and used it. DONT USE these guys. I will be passing this onto all my friends!!

Great customer service - Booked a car 8am Sunday morning & it was ready for us to pick up and drive at 10am when arriving to Waiheke Island... Definitely will go back again when visiting Waiheke next time...
Took my best friends over for a little vacay and can 100% say that this rental car company made the trip that much better!! We first got the convertible and did a quick tour of the wineries and then decided we wanted to go to Man O War, we were then offered a Jeep to get us out there. The transition was super easy and both cars were clean and tidy! Loved the weekend away with my gal pals.
