I needed to solve a major banking issue I was having and expected to have a lot of difficultly resolving the issue. To my surprise Stephen at Waihi Kiwibank branch was exceptionally helpful, understood exactly my issue, got on the phone immediately set the wheels in motion, communicated with me every step of the way and had my banking issue resolved to 100 percent satifaction. He was well spoken, considerate, happy and welcoming. I could not have asked for more. This is the type of banking New Zealand needs a lot more of and I am very pleased I changed to a New Zealand owned bank. Thank you Kiwibank. There is plenty of parking surounding the location and the premises are mobility accessable for those that need it.
