Really lovely spot. The lake is just stunning. There is a large grassy area around the lake edge. Plenty of space to relax. The only downside is traffic noise esp when a train comes through. Otherwise lovely staff. Thank you

Great park and amenities. Lovely staying by the lake and watching the swans. Beautiful scenery. Well worth the stay.
Beautiful spot overlooking the lake. Very tidy and amenities very good. Enjoyed our stay and will be back. Friendly host.
Very well maintained and spacious. Facilities all accessible. Perfect if you want a peaceful break. Very nice if you can get a space bordering the lake edge. Rob the groundsmen is super friendly - he'll let you know the best spots around to go to if you're planning a scenic trip. Really enjoyed our time here. Very cost efficient also.
Great day Love the gates around play area but you need some shade in there families trying to have a picnic
Called into lake waihola, no one at the office redirected to the cafe on the main road, then got redirected to the restaurant next door, lovely girl took our booking, we were charged 75 dollars for the night for one campervan and two adults. Pulled into the site a little disappointed lots of permanents a little bit scruffy, outlook was fine by the lake, parked up down the bottom in the middle of all the permanents next to the skip bins, blowing a gale heaps of lake flys a little bit annoying but don't bite, close your windows turn lights off at night lol, amenities poor, had a good sleep left the next day. O
Beautiful family lake. I love this place. Mostly evening's
