Craig has been very friendly to deal with, always a timely response and was very accommodating of my move-in date changing last minute, which I really appreciated. The facility itself was great! Modern, very clean and well presented. Very secure - I never worried that my worldly possessions would get stolen or damaged etc. I loved that trollies were available to move stuff from the trailer to the unit. Made everything a lot easier! Also this is the only place that I found that allowed you to pay weekly or fortnightly instead of only monthly, which was super handy too. Would definitely recommend. Hopefully I don't have to move again any time soon, but if I did, I would use Waikato Storage again for sure.
