I recently had the experience of buying a book from Phoenix Books that I'd had my eye on for quite a few weeks, and their service was absolutely wonderful!!! :) They were so lovely and friendly, and it was an absolute pleasure to deal with them. It is so important in these times that we support smaller independent businesses such as this one, who are working so hard to ensure they survive, in amongst the bigger places that seem to take their customers for granted and dont appreciate them the same. I would take no hesitation in dealing with Phoenix Books again. They are brilliant and they are what businesses back in the old days used to be like. I far prefer to deal with smaller companies who appreciate my business, and am very picky with who I deal with. Phoenix Books are my go to. Thank you so very much!!! :)
