Went in for a haircut and fringe. I don't understand how a supposed hairdresser is satisfied with how she cut my hair and fringe. I looked ridiculous. It was badly done. I tried to ask her to tidy the cut up coz it looked crooked but she insisted it looked good.Even my kids rated my haircut 1/10.Expensive too for a poor service that I got. Should have read the reviews first. Never going back there.

The owner, who was not cutting any hair and who managed to speak to the male in front of me without problem, walked past me about four times without even looking at me or acknowledging me as I waited at the counter. All I was waiting to ask is how long their wait would be
Very rude staff, they won’t smile and greet.. you just have to sit and wait until its your turn, and then they treat you like they’re serving you for free.. this person who seems to be the owner is VERY Rude.. Very expensive service.. Absolutely not worth any buck..
Been there today for inquiring about my haircut and treatment for damaged hair, there were 3 staffs working among which nobody made me feel welcome or they were interested in business. waited for 10 to 15 minutes to attend and even one lady finished with customer still not even looking at me. Not even bit interested what i want, instead she was talking to me while continuing sweeping as i approach after waiting response from her. Her name was Jane if i am not wrong. I asked for advice on which hair cut look best for me and treatments for my damaged hair. on top of that, She forced me to buy. treatment today only even after I deny politely twice and make me feel bad about my hair. She asked me where I am from which was very offensive to me at that point. How was that question even relevant.
I had gone in today to get a trim. No styling whatsoever but just a trim. My hair at the back was very uneven after the cut. I asked to see my hair from the back and the lady kept saying look from the side and not the back. This was the worst experience and hair cut I’ve ever had. I wish I had read the reviews prior to going as it seems nothing has changed since the last reviews. I saw the Asian lady and honestly never ever ever going back there. What a waste of . Now I’ll have to wait until my hair grows out before I can get a professional that knows what their doing to trim my hair.
Very bad service. The girl who did my waxing did not actually know how to do waxing. Had red marks all over my legs, also not a clean waxing. Very rude and did not even apologise for not satisfied customer. WILL NEVER GO THERE AFTER THIS. Very bad experience.
