Made an enquiry yesterday and the guy answering the call was less than helpful, quite rude and didn't seem to care if he sold anything or not. Also, their pricing is a lot higher than the other Macrocarpa suppliers. Customer service needs much improvement. These guys need to up their game.

Fantastic place to buy wood. Cheaper than the big DIY stores and they actually know what they are talking about. We bought a macracarpa bar top. Looks great. The have a huge stock of wood fore your home, garden or farm. Really friendly and helpful staff.
Fantastic customer service, my pick up went without a hiccup and the forklift driver had a great positive can do attitude, communicated well, and very friendly. Was pleasantly surprised by how good their service was.

Not too far from Auckland and well worth the visit, I only needed a little timber but i was dealt in a very helpful manner and the product was superb. Will come here again, thanks guys.
