Welcoming friendly, courteous & knowledgeable store assistant & checkout staff. Bedding, kitchen wares, duvet & household items @ 1 location. Store assistant knows his stock @ his finger tips & pickup from store to customer in less than 5 minutes. very efficient & courteous staff

Bought an electric jug from New Plymouth Briscoes NP branch product failed twice and returned twice for replacement on both occasions staff were friendly and courteous.On returning the second jug staff apologized profusely and recommended alternative product which we purchased. Definitely recommend shopping here as company stands behind products if dissatisfied and replaces immediately,whilst staff couldn't be more pleasant and helpful. Inv102502135395
