It was a bad experience with them! I needed it a car check, when I booked an appointment the receptionist told me how much it will cost, when I left the car a week after , I was surprised when she charged me a higher price ( of course they did the check and nothing else) , when I told her the difference between the prices the unfriendly lady said that it was impossible because in their price list they don't have anything that "cheap". I said that it was her who told me that price the week before and no another person, and finally she charged me the higher price saying that maybe she was "confused" with the price of the WOF. (?) I do not recommend them at all , or at least ask them to print the budget.

What great service just before Xmas. I was assured they would have the problem with my car fixed and ready for Xmas and they did. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff in fact a pleasure to deal with. Thank you

Ordered a car battery on Wednesday 26 August. Told it would be here Friday. No follow up. By 31 August. Car had to go to Queenstown where sorted immediately. Battery was suddenly dead and could only start with jump leads. Not the same good service as the recently replaced owner. Will look elsewhere next time.

Took parts out of my car and never put them back in. Don't even live in Wanaka and when I got back to Wanaka I've been given the parts they forgot to give back to me. Never rung me and told me they had them... Lucky I had popped in again.
