I cannot recommend working with James enough. He was incredibly efficient, savvy and direct. James made what seemed like the impossible at the time, actually very possible! As a first home buyer it can feel pretty bloody overwhelming at the best of times, but James really went that extra mile to make sure I understood the processes and the essentials involved. We were recommended James and he was brilliant. He put together the best two stage mortgage so we could build the house and get the best deal possible. Can't recommend them high enough if you don't fit into the banks cookie cutter mortgage appraisal system.
