After doing business with this business to the tune of 150, I called again for another part. As it is the customer's right to ask for a better price, I did. This resulted in the manager completely changing his tone of voice. I turned up to collect the part and found that some unnecessary bits were supplied and asked if they could remove it and supply the part at a cheaper rate. The answer was "I can take the bit off and still charge you the same amount." (No thanks) Just because you have the monopoly in town does not mean you have the right to treat your customers like they are an annoyance as opposed to potential loyal customers. Congratulations on your first Google review ;)
