The worse experience of shopping in Dunedin. The employees who work there treated us badly on both times we was there. I have a feeling that they assume they are doing us a huge favor when they are just answering simple questions about the product. So sad cause I will buy my stuffs in other place from now on.

Came in to print some photos at about 4.10pm. store was almost empty. But with about 4 or 5 staff members. before I began I asked (to 3 staf members standing together) what photo products could be printed in store and Instantly (in my way of thinking this would have made clear that I wanted to take the photos with me the same day). The computer was really slow in loading my photos and they where not in correct order (even after selecting 'sort by date'). I then also made sure everything was correct. Then walked up to the desk to get them printed. And was then told I could pick them up tomorrow because it was 4.51pm and that is 6 minutes to late for photo prints. I then told them I was about to leave Dunedin and needed the photos today. But still no. I sat there for 41 minutes right next to the desk where the 3 staff members constantly where. They even started cleaning and turning of the PCs around me at 4.35pm. And know one told me that I had only a couple minutes left! Even though they realised that someone should have told me, there where not taking there responsibility for their mistake and reluctant to help me with printing just 8 photos!!! Never going to any warehouse stationery again!

In the past few weeks I have ordered and received 2 bus blinds from your store and have received amazing client support from a young girl named Emily. She has gone far beyond what is expected when receiving service from retail. She has a wonderful personality and an eye for detail. I listened to her on the phone one day being so patient with a customer who was insisting your store should fix their printer and this went on and on and she never lost patience-she is a credit to your store.
