I picked up pre-ordered photos today at 10:51am. On checking I discovered I had been given my photos plus photos for 2 other customers (and had been charged for them). I returned to the counter within 4 minutes and was sent by the person who originally served me to the counter where I was first served. This person then told my new cashier that I had been charged for my own photos only. However the new cashier quickly found the original transaction and reimbursed me. The first person who served me failed miserably in the customer service role and should be retrained or removed.

5 stars for the guy that helped me get my desk home, and for the guy that helped us get it to the car. Thanks so much! Friendly and willing to go extra mile. The lady on the counter 2 days prior couldn't have given a toss. Finished serving person in front of me and then just walked off without a word..and then 2 other counter staff served others while we just had to wait. Get a better queue system please and be courteous to customers. 1 star for customer service from the other staff.

I mainly use the photo kiosk get my photos printed sorted and developed. There is always 20 minute or more wait. At times there are not enough staff on serving customers at counter or on the floor for information about products. Place is always clean and tidy and when staff are available they are always courteous and helpful. Prices in Warehouse stationery moderate prices.

Smooth Operator

When I ordered a photo printed out A0 size, a worker there printed it, asked if I would like it rolled, I said yes but gentle please, she then proceeded to roll it aggressively crinkling it. When she put the rubber band over it, it ripped the edge of the photo. She then quickly put her hand over the damage as if it didn't happen and tried to hand it to me. I demanded another staff member to help and the prints to be reprinted free of charge. That next staff member was awesome and caring for the prints.

The Staff at Warehouse Stationary have been very unpolite, passive and rude. And unsure about how to make a customer feel welcome during service, was very unimpressed by there unenthused attitudes and will prefer to shop elsewhere. Printing quality was very average with highly desaturated colors and poor selection in paper choices

I went to The Warehouse Stationary Pukekohe for Printing and Art Supplies, where i met a tall guy with glasses and dark brown hair, didnt get a name, but was not impressed by his rude and avoidant service, proceeding to mock me on the way out with a very sarcastic attitude...i recommend hiring staff who are friendly, who dont sponge off a company and try to ruin peoples days

STORE VISITS: I was served by a salesperson named Chetna. She was super quick, very patient waiting for all my emails to come through to print. Did exactly what I needed, all the girls at the print & copy centre are actually very efficient and always check on each other, and help each other out. I really like going there. CLICK & COLLECT: I uploaded a PDF of what I needed to be printed and did click and collect. Placed the order at 8:30am and it was ready to collect at 12:30pm the same day. The only thing that I would recommend is that there should be an email/txt notification to tell the customer when the order is ready as currently it only updates on the website when you login in so it means you have to check frequently when it’s updated and ready for collection instead of been notified. There is also no confirmation email when creating an account or placing an order as well.
