I tried to return something that i purchased, and i received terrible service, they were totally incompetent with doing a credit note, or a refund to my card (i had to explain to them how to use the return card) but then that never worked so they ended up giving me a store credit anyway and then made me feel like i was in the wrong and it was my fault that i was returning it. It's not like people aren't returning things to stores all over Auckland all the time...Instead of just apologising that they weren't sure how to do it... don't give me the line that you don't have authority to do it... and then give me grief and do it anyway.... I've never had such a bad experience in a store and won't be ever stepping foot in here again.
