Had an issue with them at first with the installation of the Double Dish drawer, however, after having communicated with the new owner Alan, the matter was resolved efficiently and satisfactorily. Overall, I rate this at 4 to take into account the initial issue, then having this resolved promptly and courteously. The technician who attended along with the owner were courteous and great to deal with. Thank you.

Grumpy thing on the reception phone that could do with a crash course in phone etiquette to customers. Came up twice for repair. Left a mess both times when moving machine around. Could have atleast wiped the machine down after covering it in grease and walking out.

I would not use them under any circumstances. Charged a lot of money just to look at it, rude, delays, and took literally months to send the bill. When I complained the fool at the desk got sarcastic....

Terrible! don’t use! Marked my new kitchen floor and Denied it when I told Them. Horrible service, incredibly rude staff. And hugely over priced. Stay away!!!!
