Very fast processing. I love their heat transfer vinyl! It irons on so well and easy to peel. Very good quality. Will be ordering again from Magic Transfer!

We purchased t shirt printing package with Welldone Equipment. The service is fabulous and the staff is all warm-hearted. Highly recommend you guys their t shirt printing services and equipment!!!!

What a nightmare to deal with!!! Ordered a cutter but after unpacking realised it wasn't brand new and incomplete. Installation didn't work, asked technical support, but nothing. Finally got through but they couldn't install either and the cutter was faulty! Decided to send it back, but waited 3 days for return ticket!!! Decided to send it back at our expense. They refused to compensate for courier and still waiting for the refund. Be warned!

Nice place, has a lot of printing supplies. I was interested to buy a printing package but the staff that i have talked to is not accommodating. He just responded uninterested and did not even bother to give a little guide or sales talk when i asked him about their vinyl cutters. So i did not ask further. I hope they get a good training on cutomer service. I would be looking for other printing suppliers and will NEVER recommend this place to my friends.

In the last Year I decided that I wanted to take up Screenprinting as a side hustle. There was so much to choose from that I asked the staff for advice and after about a month of research, I got the premium & was beyond excited to receive my business package. Once I had it all I was having a bit of trouble setting up the machines etc. Eileen & Rick were very helpful and remained professional throughout the ordeal. So grateful and thankful to the Team.. I was going to start my own t-shirts printing business, but I know where to start it, so I came along to this place ask for advices and purchased a standard package. Those guys provide free installation and training service. Also they gave me some suggestion like how to start up this type of business such as how to do the quotation for customer etc. I don’t know how to do design work, but they said they will provide design service to help us to start up the business. Very friendly staff and highly recommend.
