Wish I had 0 to give in rating. It’s really a bad experience to come here. It’s my request to all not to come here to waste your time and money eat somewhere else.i been to Auckland meet fresh it’s 1000 times better then this. Do not waste your money guys please.

Food has become poorer n poorer. Had two waffles. One is a staggering 16.50 while the other is on promo at 12.80. Ok. They don't look that bad with the plating but once u start eating u would realise they re not even fresh waffles man! The inside of the waffle is so dense as the pic shows. No waffle shud look like this... Suspect its just frozen 'Eggos' from a cheap brand passed off as fresh waffles served in store.they have done such a bad job. Service is really terrible too. I have hardly made any bad comments about restaurants I have been to but I feel so cheated that I would never go there again.
The price are are expensive when you see the amount of food. The tastes was ok as it is sweet. But the staff there were SO RUDE, I'm not sure if they are part-time or something but man, they don't want you walking in. Go buy a can of drink instead their. It will ruin your night.
Love the atmosphere and the food here. The deserts are amazing. This is a real hidden gem.
I loved the chicken salad I had with chilli & lime chilli & situan sauce with nuts. Would definitely go back again. Great service. Friendly atmosphere.
Friday night 19 April at 10pm. I came here and the staff order for me in counter so so rude. Her behaviour really bad even no guest at all that time. I’m sure I never come here again !!
Really nice desserts. Prices are reasonable. Place is alright, but sometimes gets so noisy when it become busy as the place is a bit small. The "Signature Herbal Jelly" is the best dessert ive tried so far.
Terrible management. We had the worst experience there on a Saturday. There were many people waiting on that day including us but there's only one staff working at the counter doing both of the cashier's work and preparing the drinks. We've been waiting for an hour to get our order ready. Definitely won't come back again. Instead of coming here and get such a bad experience I prefer to go to Gongcha next time.
