We contacted Rob for a well overdue piling job at our house in Paraparaumu. Communication was great, he even came out on a Sunday to give the the best advice. He did an amazing job and really knows his stuff. Had a very tricky job done in record time with minimum disruption. We highly recommend Rob and his team.

"I was shocked to see a rather rude and an arrogant reply to a request to communicate by phone. I have a situation where I am not able to chase emails but fine it easier to converse first before the job is given and then follow up by emails. I was told in terms as it's either his way or no way. I wouldn't for once recommend an individual with such an attitude. He could be the best person to do the job but CERTAINLY THE WORST TO DEAL WITH. On a lighter note what if his doctor asked him to email instead of visit. "
